Provisional bookings remain firm for one week pending return of booking form and 20% non-refundable deposit.
The balance payment is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation and you will still be liable for the balance payment
CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation after balance payment has been settled, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment, less the deposit and administrative costs .If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited.We strongly advise holiday insurance cover for your peace of mind.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE The cottages are available from *3.00pm/4.00pm on the day of arrival to* 9.30am/10.00am on the day of departure.(*dependant on property type)
GUEST NUMBERS The number of people occupying a cottage must not exceed the number stated.Only guests named on the booking-form may occupy the property. Any additional guests/alterations to party make-up must be by prior arrangement with the owners.
GROUPS - We do not accept same sex groups or groups where the majority are under 25 years.
CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES The cottages should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages must be reported to the owners and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage/extra cleaning
PETS A well behaved pet is welcome in our Croft bungalows, Linhay and Corner Cottages by arrangement. However your pet MUST NOT be left alone in the cottage or allowed to foul the gardens.Pets NOT allowed in bedrooms or on soft furnishings.A charge WILL be made for extra cleaning !
SMOKING All our properties are strictly non-smoking indoors. A charge of £100.00 will be made for the heavy cleaning required if any property is found to be affected from guests smoking.
In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.
The use of accommodation and gardens is entirely at the Hirer's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.
